Who we are

NativeCompute builds software, Android apps, websites, Discord bots and Minecraft projects. For anything about your data, email hello@nativecompute.net.

What we collect

Only what you send us with the project form or by email: your name, email address, server or project name, project type, budget, timeline, your message, and anything you added to your brief while browsing.

This site uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. Your form draft and brief stay in your own browser until you send them, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Why we use it

To reply to you and, if you go ahead, to agree and build your project. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and passes your brief on.
• Resend delivers your brief to our inbox by email.
• Microsoft 365 is our email inbox.
• Discord notifies us of new briefs in a private channel.

Some of these companies are based in the United States. When your details leave the EU, they're protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

If no project goes ahead, we delete your brief and our emails about it within 12 months. If it does, we keep what we need while we work together, and afterwards only as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, at any time. Email hello@nativecompute.net and we'll reply within a month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Romania's data protection authority, ANSPDCP, or to the authority in your own country.
